Insurance and Billing

Patients are responsible for all charges not paid by insurance. Copays and deductible amounts are due at the time of service, unless payment plan arrangements have been made. Client statements will be distributed monthly, and are available at client’s request, at any time.

I am credentialed and in network with several insurance providers and also offer a reduced rate for cash payment of services. Please contact your insurance provider prior to the first appointment to verify coverage and benefits. Contact me for any questions you may have about this process.

Insurance Billing Options:

All Major Insurances Accepted. Medicaid Accepted. Medicare Excluded. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Employee Assistance benefits are not accepted. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
